The many uses for Blue Ribbon Floor Plans:

For Real Estate Professionals, floor plans have become a valuable tool in marketing today's homes. Allowing buyers to see a clear layout of the home without the visual distractions of furnishings and decor. Buyers memories can be refreshed after leaving the home by looking at the two-dimensional "map", thus helping them to visualize how the home could work for their needs.  Today's full service Real Estate Agents are offering floor plans for their listings from small condominiums to large estate homes.

Agents have also contracted floor plans for prospective buyers, giving them a starting point to begin the process of redesigning for their own needs. All plans are measured to scale and files can be created in PDF or JPG format for use by architects and designers.

Contractors and Builders have used Blue Ribbon Floor Plans for basic design layouts needed for small building projects.  Often these "drawings" are suitable for Village permits on small projects such as a bathroom remodeling or basement layout.  Additionally, these plans have fit a Village's request for plans before a house is scheduled for demolition.
